Integrated test catalogs

Several test catalogs are already integrated in CAAT and more are being added.
If the appropriate test catalog is not included, use the unique function in CAAT to create your own test catalog.

CAAT offers a range of operationalized test catalogs. Operationalized test catalogs provide step-by-step instructions and more detailed information on how something needs to be tested.
Currently, all operationalized catalogs are in German only.

CAAT also offers the most important guidelines as test catalogs:

  • Web Content Accessibility Guideline (WCAG) 2.1 A, AA and AAA (german, englisch)
  • EN 301 549, chapter 9 Web, Version 3.2.1 (englisch)
  • EN 301 549, chapter 11 Software, Version 3.2.1 (english)
  • EN 301 549, Table A2 Mobile Applications, Version 3.2.1 (englisch)

BIK BITV-Test (Web)

The BIK BITV (Web) test and a corresponding test report may not be used for commercial test orders.

For non-commercial organisations, we will release the BIK BITV test (web) on request.

Frequently asked questions

I cannot select a test catalogue when creating a new test

In order for you to be able to use test catalogs, your organisation management must release the catalog.

I would like to have another test catalog in CAAT

If you know of a test catalog that you would like us to include in CAAT, please let us know. You can reach us, for example, via the link to support in the header of the application.

If you have your own requirements in your test procedure, you can create your own test catalog at any time.
